Mike and the staff are great to deal with. This is our second used car purchase. If you find anything wrong, they go out of their way to take care of it. I had checked the prices of the vehicle I purchased and they were definitely within the same price range too. My overall experience with them is extremely positive.

Mike & Tim Harr are the most professional, friendly and honest people that I have ever met! I had bought a Jeep Cherokee from them which I loved! Mike took the time to make sure I was making the right decesion, explained to me about interest rates and had answered all my questions (and there were many)! I have recommended several people to Harbro because of their outstanding service! They are not your "typical" used car sales people! Give them a try! Took my Audi in to have an exhaust leak and rear brakes looked at. Was told I needed a complete new stainless steel exhuast - $1500. a second shop replaced three bolts, three nuts and did it in 30 minutes. I would have gladly paid $100 for them to fix the exhaust. Stainless steel exhaust systems don't rust through. The other shop was also able to do the brakes for $200 less than Harbro quoted. --UPDATE-- To their credit, I did receive a phone call from one of the owners (Mark Hare) regarding this review and he wanted to hear about my experience directly. Clearly he was quite concerned and assured me that steps would be taken to ensure this wouldn't happened again. This review is based on my experience with this dealer, but as they say: "Your milage may vary."

Both my husband and I would recommend Harbro highly to anyone for any buying reason. We sing their praises to anyone who will listen and cannot wait until our children are ready to buy their 1st car. We have bought about 4-5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled everytime. They are all personable, "family oriented", when you call they know who you are and will do anything to help you. They are all very knowledgable! I wouldn't buy any vehicle from any other dealer.

Took my truck in and repaired it the same day. My alternator burned out and I had to get a tow. Harbro has always been honest and easy to work with, They also gave me a heads up on a broken shock, which I will be fixing soon. Great service. The price was right. The best place in town to service your car.

In all our years of buying vehicles, we have never been treated like human beings. The people at Harbor where very helpful and ready to be there with any questions or concerns we may have had. When dealing with Mike, he made us feel like part of a huge family not just some strangers coming in off the road. I will continue with Harbor for any futher purchases we may need and I will continue to tell all my family and friends that if they are looking to buy a used vehicle to go to Harbor, it's the place to be.

My husband and I were in need of a vehicle and was referred to go to Webster at Harbro for a rental car.Tim was very helpful and very friendly and assisted us. After awhile I fell in love with the Olds Alero and wanted to purchase it and now 3 years later I am still driving it and was spotted in Webster by Tim the president who noticed me and told me that I could go and get services I need at any time. The service is very friendly there. I am a former customer having bought 2 mini-vans there after reachering to find the best place to go. I recieved a coupon for a free oil change in the mail from them as a welcome to the neighborhood promotion since we moved out of state and have been gone for a while. I went down to check it out and it realy was free! The service dept there is wonderfull
