Alex was great to work with.

Alex was great to work with. I called Friday morning with an warning message and he was able to work me in that day. Alex was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The repairs were completed in less time than estimated. Thank you!!

This service department is very difficult to work with.

This service department is very difficult to work with. The service advisors and manager do not return calls and have to be tracked down. They do not treat females with the same respect that a male customer receives. They do not complete work on time either. Overall, the WORST service department experience we have ever had. We have shared with friends, family and Ram/Chrysler and will definitely not return.

Hello Philip, I am very sorry that you feel we deserve a "0" rating. I understand your frustration that it took us longer than you would have liked. Please understand your vehicle was towed in without an appointment right before Christmas. We got you worked in as fast as we could, while being very short-staffed and also very busy. We did not add any additional items without your consent, and we certainly do not treat women any different than men, so I am sorry you feel that we do. We did the best we could for you, without having an appointment and towing the vehicle in during the holidays. If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to the service director. Hi Tina, I tried reaching out to you by email and by phone, with no success. I just wanted to thank you for your business and apologize that you feel our service department is terrible. I assure you that we would not try to sell you something that doesn't need fixed-that is not how we operate. I know you mentioned you called another dealership to verify if you did or didn't need something, but I don't believe you could get a reliable answer by phone, without someone looking at the vehicle. Anyway, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the service you received, and you are more than welcome to go to the dealership you called for verification or anywhere else in the future. I was told by your service department that it is perfectly normal to have to add a quart or two of oil between oil changes in my 2020 Jeep. I believe the other service department would be qualified to say that’s not normal without having to look at the car. I would be happy to discuss if you’d like to have someone call me. I have received an apology email from your receptionist.
