PROS The oil change was done in 2 hours on a busy day. Technician was polite and didn’t push any unnecessary work. CONS They did not wash the car and since the appointment I’ve gotten numerous texts and emails about surveys and general spam.

I am very sorry that your vehicle did not get ran through the car wash, we do have to close it when it is too cold outside, and that could have very well been the reason they didn't since the time frame was mid-to-late December. I do again apologize, but just so you are aware you can stop by any time and ask one of our employees to run it through the car wash for you free of charge! As long as it is open of course! I also apologize for the spam you have been getting. There is a way to opt-out of all of it at the beginning of your service visit, just let your advisor know you want to opt-out! Thanks again for your recommendation and feedback, it means a lot to us!
I found the service top notch.
I found the service top notch. And waiting area was nice . Cashier was pleasant but still charged me for the service. In all I'll go back and I've told the guys in working with of the Dealership.
