No one followed up with me on my car.
No one followed up with me on my car. I paid to have my car service and was talked in to having mult-inspection completed. No follow up that everything was good or how the brakes were and etc. It would be nice to have someone contact with me/you know the customer

I finally decided to begin my in person search for a new
I finally decided to begin my in person search for a new jeep grand Cherokee. Yes , another brand new jeep grand Cherokee for me this will be #2 !! I was dying to test drive one of the amazing new body styles , well after walking the lot and finally finding the one I was interested in from their website. The next phrase I heard from my salesman was a bummer , I’m really sorry this one has just SOLD ! Just my luck !!!! That’s when Chet and I began talking about what I was looking for in a new jeep, only to find out they had a different jeep grand Cherokee with more features then the one that had just sold and in a different color on their lot , I said let’s check it out and see…we’ll after seeing it I knew I had found the one I didn’t even know I truly wanted , but just had to have after seeing it ! So to the girl who bought the one I went to look at Thank you ! I love my new jeep grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be happier with my decision as well as my Salesman Chet he was ready to search for miles and or build and order me the jeep of my dreams and it turned out it was sitting there waiting for me to show up and purchase her !!!

Was traveling to visit family in the area and had engine
Was traveling to visit family in the area and had engine trouble. Needed my Jeep looked at quickly to get back home the next day! Talked to Steve in service department and said they would do their best to squeeze me in. Took car in and they had me all fixed up by 2:00 that day! Couldn’t thank Steve and the entire service department enough for the fast, efficient service.
