I've been a customer with Long Cadillac for many years they always have had a great service crew and great salesmen Very helpful never had an issue that they couldn't resolve Great staff.

Brian is the excellent. Had a 'transmission issue' he figured out it was a bal. Issue with the tires. Solved it and took care of it before we were going on vacation. Always accommodating. Bought several cars at Long and will continue because of the sales and service. Brian is the back bone to the Service Dept. Patty Erickson

Gave great recommendations on what my upkeep priorities should be. Was conscientious of spreading the cost out over time instead of doining all the preventative services all at once.

Leasing my new Cadillac Optiq was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had thanks to Ron, Thom, and David. From my very first conversation with Thom, I could immediately tell this team operated differently — professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the experience easy and enjoyable. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. There was never any pressure, communication was excellent throughout, and every question I had was answered quickly and honestly. It’s rare to find a dealership team that makes you feel this comfortable and valued as a customer. I gladly traveled over an well over an hour each way to work with them, and I would do it again without hesitation. That alone says a lot about the level of service they provide. I’m beyond happy with my new Optiq and even more impressed by the people behind the experience. The service is always outstanding. The service manager Jody was so kind and a real expert. This is my first vehicle I have purchased there but soon will be purchasing another one. I think the Escalade. The dealership is outstanding
