I had previously been using a different GM dealership for service on my GMC Yukon, because it was more convenient. A very bad experience with their customer service lead me to find somewhere else to take my business. I am so glad I came to Peter's. From the moment I was greeted by Amanda with courtesy in the drive thru, to the timely service and follow up, I have been very pleased with the service I received. Thank you for your emphasis on courtesy and respect to the customer!

I recently purchased a Suburban from Peters Chevrolet Buick Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, and I cannot say enough about how positive the experience was thanks entirely to Miguel Tapia. From start to finish, Miguel was hands down the BEST. What truly set him apart was his honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for my needs as a customer. Unlike many other dealerships, there was absolutely no pressure to tack on unnecessary add-on packages. They were actually $4,000 below MSRP on my vehicle, which was an incredible surprise. There was no typical back-and-forth numbers game, just straightforward, transparent communication and a deal that made sense. I originally planned to wait until the beginning of next year to make this purchase, but Miguel?s outstanding customer service, responsiveness, and knowledge made it an easy decision to move forward now. I truly felt like he respected my time and investment, and I?m so grateful for his help in making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience. The guys at Peter's were awsome.

The guys at Peter's were awsome. We were looking at diferanr options and wanted to see what worked good for us and they were great in answering all the questions we had and took ther time to make it enjoyable for all involved. They never rushed and took the time to get us the best deal they could with the options we wanted. this is the fourth car we have purchased from Peters over the years and we will be back when ever we need another one. Thanks guys!
