Great Service!

I recently went to Bocker to get my oil change and my tires rotated. I was impressed with how fast the service was! Kathy Foulker was also a big help on scheduling my appointment. Thanks!

Great Service Work

My first experience with the Bocker Auto Group service department was Excellent. From talking to our sales person Chase, speaking with Wayne their service writer to picking up the keys from Cathy. Great Customer Service and that is hard to find these days.

Excellant experience buying a new truck at Bockers

We want to especially thank John Wollny for all the time he took with us while we were dealing on our new truck. He takes so much time to explain everything, and to make sure we were pleased with our purchase. He thoroughly went thru all the new features on our truck. He is very knowledgeable on what he sells. We also, want to thank Delbert, chuck, and John for making sure our truck was everything they told us it would be. That's why we keep buying from the Bocker Group, plus, they really take care of their customers.

Hassle Free Buying Experience -Highly Recommended!

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Bocker over a 9 year period. I drive 100 miles from home to make these purchases because they make the car buying experience hassle free and well worth the drive. Delbert and Kurt take good care of me on price and trade-in value and go out of their way to find me exactly what I want, even if they don't have it in their inventory. They will do the leg work to make you happy and get the vehicle you want without all the back and forth of negotiating you get from many other dealerships. I tell all my friends and family in the Chicagoland area to head to Bocker if they are looking for a GM vehicle.

job done

When I called I was able to get in the next day. Got there at 7 and was done at 11:3. Did not have to make other appointments, and was able to drive my car home that day. Thanks for getting the job done that day! Will come again to Bockers.

Awesome dealership

Bocker Auto Group has the BEST staff, service department and overall customer service. I have purchased multiple vehicles & have made numerous referrals for relatives and friends who have also bought from them. I would recommend this dealership to all in the market for new or used vehicles w/more than fair trade-ins if needed.

Can't Get Any Better Anywhere

Have purchased 5 cars over the past 10 years, 4 with the same sales person, and have had the best sales experience ever. They go above and beyond to make sure they have or find exactly what you want. They make sure you know everything about the car (new car overview) before leaving the lot. Service staff is the greatest. From making the appointment (Wayne, Brad, Gary) to checkout (Kathy, Re'gine) they make you feel special. On top of that, the workmanship has always been top-notch...done right the first time.
