Broken differential in Cadillac CTS-V

In July of 2012 I experienced a critical failure in my 2005 Cadillac CTS-V. The differential housing broke in pieces. This resulted in replacing the differential as well as the drive shaft which was also damaged as a result. The vehicle was barely out of its warranty period. I took the vehicle to Bocker Auto Group to have it repaired. The Service person, Brad Leverton informed GM that he felt the car had been abused. He said that the rear tires were worn more than the front Which meant that I must be "smoking the tires". The difference in the tires was due to a longer than normal rotation. GM then refused to pay for nearly all of the damages. I was astounded that a service manager would either lie or not have enough sense to spot an overdue rotation. Oh, this gets better. Time has now proven that Cadillac Built this high performance vehicle with a rear end that is unable to withstand the horse power produced by the engine. Instead of recalling the 2004-2005 CTS-V's GM and their dealers decided to deny any responsibility for the flaw . It kind of makes them look bad if they admitted they built a high performance vehicle that is unable to stand rapid acceleration. Brad Leverton and GM stuck me with a bill I did not deserve.

Another great experience!

My wife and I recently purchased our sixth vehicle, a beautiful 2015 Chevrolet Equinox, from the Bocker Auto Group. A special thanks to our salesman, Mr. Dean Obert, as well as Mr. Delbert Bunker, Mr. Mike Haffele, and Mr. Chuck Hayes, all of whom assisted us with our negotiations in a most courteous and professional manner. Having looked at other dealerships for this particular vehicle, we found that no one could match the offer that we received from Bocker's. great used car buying experience

I worked with Kevin on buying a Toyota sienna. This was the first time my wife or I had bought a car worth this much. The experience was great everything was as he explained it would be . We traveled through two states and a bad winter storm to the dealer. So it was important that Kevin explain everything before hand. He didn't disappoint all things were as he said. It had even less use then I expected, the rear DVD headphones were still in the original packages along with the remote. After a quick 3rd party inspection it was done. The experience was great as a first time buyer of a car this new and expensive. Also first time buying online, thank you cars.com

Experience was very good.

My experience was excellent. Gary Shorter was very good at explaining all features of my purchase. Closing the purchase was stress free and and friendly. I researched the vehicle on line and was never pressured to make a deal. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Professional, no pressure sales !

Gary Shorter was my salesman. He was great to work with ! He was patient with my decision-making process. This was the first time that I didn't experience high pressured sales techniques ! I purchased a Chevy Impala LTZ 2014 and feel that I got a great deal, no other dealers could match it !

Great servicep

We received great service from Gary Shorter. He was well versed on all the features of the Denali we bought. He showed me how to operate all the gadgets and the funtions of all the switches. Got me in to the Blue Tooth system and the On Star. Any think we wanted cleaned or repaired were handled guickly and efficiently. I would like the company to know what a great job he did when we were looking at our vehicle. Thanks for the help.
