Quoted inflated price. Didn't alert me of new 3 percent surcharge for charge card. Google estimate of $780 to 1180 for parts and labor .I Paid $1710. Not good.

The service department is outstanding! My service advisor is “ Zack ” who takes excellent care of your vehicle. I have a 2021 Chevy Colorado extended cab truck, that was purchased here at this dealership. He a very straightforward and knowledgeable individual that has your Best interests at heart. My elderly father came in to buy a used car, all him & his wife needed was a reliable small vehicle to get to Doctor appointments in Leesburg and grocery, only places they go anymore, the car you talked him into was $3,000 more than should have been priced ! For shame, I appreciate your men through the drive thru inspection, a good set up, but last Monday one of your mechanics backed out of a garage at 9 a.m. and very very near ran over me and my 86 yr.old father in a big white car, while we were walking toward main lobby building, walking in a big open space ! Unbelievable! Does he fix cars as bad as he drives, my father & i have enough health issues without , very angry, forever. Man did not even get out of car to ask my dad if he ok
