They explained any questions that I asked They called me when the parts came in and explained what I could do about renting a car as I had to leave it Also I had my oil changed at lightning lube and ordered 4 new tires The gentleman that was my contact in that department was Jhymen. He was wonderful. He gave me information about ordering my 4 tires if I could wait one day to get the promotion of buy 3 get 1 Free. I appreciated his honesty as he did save me about $174 and I tell my friends about him

ABOVE OUR EXPECTATIONS We were trying to replace a 2007 car that finally gave out. We were looking for a 2019 GMC Acadia Denali as we already had one and liked it. We were looking at one at Phillips Buick, but it was over an hour drive for us. We were also trading in another car and didn’t feel we could make the drive up and back due to health conditions. Jason offered to deliver the Denali and pick up our trade-in. We were amazed at this service. My husband said all of the staff from the girls answering the phone to talking with Jason was very friendly. We also felt we got a good price for our trade-in. Whenever you have to get a new car or use car, it can be a very stressful, especially as we age. Jason and the staff made this a good experience.

Although we didn't purchase this time, we highly considered Phillips Buick/GMC and specially dealing with Gilbert "Bam" Niblack. He was patient with us and worked hard to meet our demands. We did business in the past and will not hesitate to do business with Gilbert and this dealer in the future.

After replacing two fuel pumps on my 2013 GMC 5.3 L, I still had 60 pounds of started up in 43 pounds at running so I bought a new fuel pump control monitor it needed flashing and I brought it in and they said the control module would not work and then I had to put another fuel pump in where all along all the reading were normal and the car was running finer. The technician had to do was check the specsand give me an OK that everything was on normal instead they told me to put another fuel pump in.
