Good but Very Costly.

Good but Very Costly. Brakes and Rotors on all 4 should not cost $2600. Nuff said

Very POOR COMMUNICATION!

Very POOR COMMUNICATION! I had to keep calling for updates and information. The last call reminded him to check if the part had arrived. By me calling he discovered it had in fact arrived, but not in time to get the repair done. The service dept Had the car from Wednesday morning through Monday.

Skyler addressed all my questions on the vehicle's I was

Skyler addressed all my questions on the vehicle's I was looking. When I decided which vehicle I wanted, he had a new battery installed, went over everything with me. He showed me how the convertible top operated and hooked my phone up for me. He was very helpful. He provided a very pleasant buying experience.

I would like to get some satisfaction about my Car-play

I would like to get some satisfaction about my Car-play issue PLEASE help me. I have had it at the dealership at least 10 times & cannot get the issue resolved with Car Play. Please can you give me a call. I’m very dissatisfied with my 2026 Buick Encore.

Fast and easy. No problems. JD and Frank gave me the best deal without the hassle put me where I wanted to be without the back-and-forth. It was actually a nice experience. We really appreciated it.
