Very POOR COMMUNICATION!
Very POOR COMMUNICATION! I had to keep calling for updates and information. The last call reminded him to check if the part had arrived. By me calling he discovered it had in fact arrived, but not in time to get the repair done. The service dept Had the car from Wednesday morning through Monday.

Skyler addressed all my questions on the vehicle's I was
Skyler addressed all my questions on the vehicle's I was looking. When I decided which vehicle I wanted, he had a new battery installed, went over everything with me. He showed me how the convertible top operated and hooked my phone up for me. He was very helpful. He provided a very pleasant buying experience.
