Quoted inflated price.

Quoted inflated price. Didn't alert me of new 3 percent surcharge for charge card. Google estimate of $780 to 1180 for parts and labor .I Paid $1710. Not good.

The service department is outstanding!

The service department is outstanding! My service advisor is “ Zack ” who takes excellent care of your vehicle. I have a 2021 Chevy Colorado extended cab truck, that was purchased here at this dealership. He a very straightforward and knowledgeable individual that has your Best interests at heart. He will always communicate with the customer, making sure your vehicle is safe and in good hands. In my opinion he is the best of the best!!! Sincerely, Kim Gano.

My elderly father came in to buy a used car, all him &

My elderly father came in to buy a used car, all him & his wife needed was a reliable small vehicle to get to Doctor appointments in Leesburg and grocery, only places they go anymore, the car you talked him into was $3,000 more than should have been priced ! For shame, I appreciate your men through the drive thru inspection, a good set up, but last Monday one of your mechanics backed out of a garage at 9 a.m. and very very near ran over me and my 86 yr.old father in a big white car, while we were walking toward main lobby building, walking in a big open space ! Unbelievable! Does he fix cars as bad as he drives, my father & i have enough health issues without , very angry, forever. Man did not even get out of car to ask my dad if he ok
