I found the used van I was looking for, and bought it. Ed was very good to work with, as was the guy, I don't remember his name, that I did the paperwork with. He was very organized and professional.

Saw the Sentra on car.com and decided to drive out to Phillips Buick and take a look. Mark greeted us and we went inside and guess what. I fell in love with the car and with Mark. Efficient intake, efficient, diagnosis of the problem. Very expensive repair, disappointed that the $199 fee to examine the car was not included as part of the final charge, but was added on.
