I had a great experience. Jose, Andria, and Teresa were professional, helpful and patient. Jose and I spoke Thursday and Friday and had a deal on two trucks on Monday. Jose even arranged to have both trucks delivered.

In the month of Dec 2023 I pulled a 29 foot enclosed trailer with my 2015 Chevy Silverado for close to 2,500 miles. At 80 miles from getting home the transmission in the pickup failed. I dropped the pickup off at Lake Chevrolet in Devils lake, ND. Dennis plugged into the port and got me an estimate in minutes. The transmission mechanic Jim pulled my pickup into the shop before the transmission came in and spotted the cooler lines had a slow leak. By the time the transmission came in. Shipping was the longest wait, all the parts were available for the install. Jim worked in a very timely manner to get me back on the road. Thank you for the prompt service. Also thanks to mechanic Andrew for fixing the next issue a day later. The brake pump pulley was going bad. Lake Chevrolet had the part in stock so Andrew was able to install it before the week was over.
