The service person was telling me things that were not true, such as, I shouldn’t ever rotate the tires on my 2024 dually, and that they couldn’t diagnose my parking brake issue unless the light was actively on. I know modern vehicles store codes. I took my truck to a different dealership and they fixed the problem. It needed a software update. The light wasn’t on. Your service person either needs training or a different profession.

Troy did an amazing job with my truck. I appreciate his patience and understanding with me, even though I was constantly requesting updates and pressuring him. Ferguson has always been my preferred shop for service on my diesel, and I highly recommend them not just for their work but also for their employees.

I was on vacation and they replaced my turbo just in time for us to go back home! They were very helpful and you couldn’t choose a better dealership! All of the staff is amazing!

The purchase of our new vehicle couldn't have been better. Jas was very friendly and professional. She took care of all our concerns and assisted with our On Star registration while we were there. So good! The visit to the finance office was totally painless and Bill is exceptional at his job.. He was very helpful and detailed about the process. Went perfect. This is not the first vehicle we've purchased from Ferguson and it won't be the last. We wouldn't even think of going to another dealership.
