Not much in words, but let me tell you!

Not much in words, but let me tell you! I went through heck with the dealership down the street, after seven different trips.not very nice customer service, and they lied and had every excuse in the book. Took my truck to you folks, made an appointment, took truck in, met with Daniel and his top tech, they went through all the notes from the prior place, got things squared away, got us a brand new transmission, put it in, and installed it in less than a week. I have now had the chance to test-drive this thing for over 500 miles, and it has never run this well since the day I picked it up from Oklahoma with 39 miles on it. Customer service was excellent, they stood by what they said and did it in a xxxx of a lot faster time than I ever could have expected. Fantastic job." Special thanks to Daniel. "My father was the service manager for Daniel Chevrolet and Steve Johnson Pontiac back in the day. I grew up learning what service is about! "So nice to see these days"! Take care And thanks again, Christopher Paul AKA.Paully

This service was for an oil change and a 45,000 checkup.

This service was for an oil change and a 45,000 checkup. 1. Invoice indicated 0W-20 oil was used on my oil change. Call service department and they indicated this was a system problem but assured me the correct oil 0w-40 that was on my engine oil cap was the correct oil. 2. A transfer case fluid exchange and transmission fluid exchange were recommended based upon the 45,000 mile service table. My owner manual indicate under NORMAL conditions these two services are recommended at 97,500 miles. I will note that under SEVERE conditions then it is recommended at 45,000. I do not consider driving in Colorado Springs and highway driving is severe Thank you.

Daniel was great.

Daniel was great. Would like to suggest that when changing fluids it is wiped off/cleaned off underneath so it doesn’t drip all over my driveway/garage when I return home.
