Kind of xxxxxx that I asked to have them check my trucks

Kind of xxxxxx that I asked to have them check my trucks phone charger and checked the usb ports instead and charged me 19.95 to say the usb ports need to be replaced. The USB ports work fine. The trucks phone charger only charges sometimes. Miscommunication I guess, but don't charge me for it! I don't know why the xxxx I paid for it. I guess it was part of the bigger bill.

Took our Mercedes for an oil change and tire rotation.

Took our Mercedes for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited quite awhile for the services to be done. They did an inspection was told our brake pads were at 60 percent, went on a road trip, had to take it to a local dealership and found out we were actually metal on metal with our brakes. Had to have them replaced. Was very upset that we were not told this in Marshfield as it was such a safety hazard.
