After a car accident, John was most helpful in helping me

After a car accident, John was most helpful in helping me get a replacement. Bad experience with Envision. Mark in service, gave me a loaner while I wait for a back order part. After waiting 6 weeks, I decided to dump the Envision. John back in picture helped me again. Now driving an Encore. So far so good. ??. Oh my. First experience with GM
