Kocourek Chevrolet

This is our second vehicle we have bought from Kocourek Chevrolet in Wausau, WI, and we have no regrets. Both vehicles we have bought were in great shape, and have treated us very well. When you walk in the staff is very friendly and try to help you the best they can. The salesmen, (Jordan) was very helpful and thankfully not pushy at all. He asked what we were interested in, and the price range we were looking for, then after driving/looking at a few of our possibilities, helped us find the right one that met our needs/wants. After we found our perfect match, Marc helped us out with the loan process, and made sure we knew everything we need before we left the building. The first vehicle we bought got totaled, and when we called to get help with buying a new one, and with the GAP insurance, they were right there to help and answer any questions. Because they are all so helpful, nice, and don't make you feel like a fool for asking a question, we will always be coming back to them for any future buys. Thank you again Marc and Jordan! I had to quickly look for a vehicle, as hit a deer unexpectedly and had no backup. It was a tough situation and we were apprehensive to start looking for another car. I had a recommendation from a co-worker to check out this dealer. We started here and intended on looking at used or program cars. I test drove one and found the service to be very helpful and informative. We truly had no idea and hadn't looked at autos in a long time. From the start, the sales team and staff were extremely helpful. We ended up deciding to check into purchasing a new vehicle and were happy that the service and recommendations met our needs. It was understood our situation was urgent and Kocourek Chevy was very accommodating. It was a good experience and was happy by the welcoming atmosphere. The outcome purchased a new 2013 Chevy Cruze with much more than I expected. I picked up the new car and feel it definitely was the right choice for me. I would recommend stopping buy to see the no haggle pricing and what you find.

Wonderful Customer Service! Excellent knowledge of their inventory, and the financing process was effortless on my part. I came in with a list of cars I was interested in, and was given the chance to test drive them. Through the course of the test drives Toby really got to know what it was I wanted in a vehicle and suggested one I hadn't noticed in my search. It was the perfect car, and within my price point.

Jori, Tom, and Aaron had their work cut out when I started looking for a replacement car. I was happy with my old Impala. They made the buying process make sense. I feel I got a lot value for my dollar. All of the members of the staff at Kocourek Chevrolet took the time to make me feel welcome. Great buying experince. I can now travel to work where ever it is in my 2012 LTZ. Thanks again.

Kim & Marc really went to bat for me when i was upside down on my current vehicle that i just didn't like driving. It was looking pretty tough from my perspective to make it happen but Marc in financing did an awesome job and got me into a brand new vehicle!

I've bought a lot of cars in my life but this was the best buying experience I have had. Jordan and Mark are great to deal with. They were very responsive to my numerous questions. Of course they were friendly which is a must in their profession but they were simply just fun to be around. Very knowledgeable and I woulld encourage anyone to look them up when searching for a car.

I was in the market for a vehicle for the past few weeks and seen a decent price on a vehicle I was looking at. I called the dealership to inquire and talked with Adam. That day he called me back 3 different times to give me different prices on my trade in as well as their vehicle. When they say, straight forward pricing and no haggling and whatever else kocourek claims to be, they are wrong! The customer service from day 1 was below a rating of poor. Please reconsider when in the market for a new/used vehicle from kocourek, you will be glad you did.

What a great dealer to work with! Jordan was so helpful. Even to the point of shipping back some items that I had forgotten in my trade vehicle because I live so far from the dealership. Would definitely recommend!

Be careful test driving used vehicles on their lots...they don't even look at them before they put them out..Safety is an issue sometimes. DISAPPOINTED!!!!
