The service department representative that booked my appointment lacked basic customer service skills and was disrespectful. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that I was able to get the appointment quickly also the cashier was very nice. I will be looking for another dealership to take my vehicle to and my next purchase.

The experience was good, especially that they let us know the extra things that needed to be repaired and the cost. However, the repairs took longer than expected.
