The process was long. To be expected. Thought after purchasing the vehicle. It would have been cleaned better. Windows were bad worse when the sun hit. Overall good experience

Overall I like this dealership. Not really one for dealerships because I don't ever truly feel that they represent the interest of customer the but instead for the manufacture, after all when you have mechanics tell you that they don't like something but that's they way the manufacture is telling them to handle it, you get my point. So I say that to say this, I'll keep returning here for my services because so far the staff have treated me well and given it to me as straight as they are allowed to.

Completely satisfied from the the first contact till the deal was completed.

We were traveling through KY and our truck broke down. Fortunately we were just a few miles from Herb Jones Chevy. Being a late Thurs afternoon they told us it would be Monday before being repaired and we had to be back to OH by Fri eve. On Friday after speaking with Brian in the morning he called us that afternoon and said it was repaired. Everyone at the dealership was very kind. We are so appreciative of how all was handled. Dealt with Jessy Jones regarding a 2018 Corvette Grand Sport. Very professional and made buying the car very easy. Everything was handed by email or internet. Price was what we expected and he gave me a great trade in price on my 2010 Grand Sport After driving 8 hours, the car, all paperwork, was ready to go. Signed over my title and off we went. Great buying experience.

I drove 100 miles one way and after agreeing on the terms and getting financed and signing the loan with my bank, and even getting a call from the sales man saying its all good and talking about getting the truck they turned around and sold it from under me after shaking hands and getting their word, not a good place to do business.
