First time buying from Dave Arbogast and our first big

First time buying from Dave Arbogast and our first big vehicle purchase. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and helpful. They were not pushy at all! The lines of communication were extraordinary. We booked a test drive for a Saturday morning and it was ready to go when we got there. The entire process from start to finish only took two hours! Joe Bauman was very helpful on any questions/concerns that we had with the vehicle. I strongly recommend purchasing from Dave Arbogast and highly recommend asking for Joe! Will recommend to family and friends for future purchases!

i made an appointment to have oil change and have my tire

i made an appointment to have oil change and have my tire sensor replaced. i called specifically for the tire sensor a week before the appointment. you did not have the sensor in stock. the car wash was closed. when i bought the car i told them how i was going to finance it and they messed that up. it took over an hour longer than it should have, making me late for work

We walked in 10mins before they closed (due to google

We walked in 10mins before they closed (due to google being incorrect) we felt so bad but Mark said don’t worry about it at all, and he would make sure he got us taken care of. He was excellent, didn’t rush a single thing, very attentive, not pushy at all (my favorite part) and we left in the truck we wanted. He did an excellent job, make sure you ask for Mark!

Bought a 2022 blazer.

Bought a 2022 blazer. Hassle free and Mark listened to my needs and talked openly about options they had. I will be back when its time for a new vehicle.

Sales was fine.

Sales was fine. During the process sales guy was very responsive, within 5-10 minutes every text. After sale was finalized I would be lucky to get a response within the same day. No update on delivery or shipping, just had to sit quiet with my fingers crossed. Bought the vehicle no sight, so my fault there but would've expected the salesperson to point out obvious flaws like cracks in the paint, chips in the windshield, cracks in tv screen frame etc, but I look at that as more my fault for not seeing in person. I thought the price was great until I saw the vehicle in person. Well, it's my problem now not theirs. Lesson learned, all dealerships are still the same. Carvana here I come.

I went in wanting to look at 2 specific vehicles.

I went in wanting to look at 2 specific vehicles. By the time I had given my license for the test drive Ted had both vehicles front and center ready for my comparison. Both Brandon and Ted gave us space to look at the cars but stayed close by in case we had any questions. Once I decided which car I preferred we discussed price. There was not a single ‘add on’ - the price they wrote down was the out the door price. It was nice to be given a piece of paper that had the vehicle price, tags, tax and total. Of course I was offered an extended warranty and Ziebart but there was no pressure in purchasing either. I have never had an easier time buying a used car. I would recommend this dealership whether you are buying used or new. Absolutely everyone was pleasant to deal with. Initially I was looking at two different manufacturers, Ted was knowledgeable with both of them. And what he couldn’t answer he took the time to find out while I was on the test drive. By the time I made my decision I was confident that I was buying from a very reliable used car lot and was treated like I was buying a new car.
