BUYERS BEWARE Unorganized.

BUYERS BEWARE Unorganized. Deceitful business practices. Dishonest. Lack of business ethics. 6 weeks after my purchase was completed I was told there was an issue on their end. The issue- ineffective communication by the team at Dave Arbogast’s GMC. When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. I should’ve known better than to expect them to communicate with each other effectively. I would never recommend a purchase from this dealer. They are rude and do not follow through on what they say they will do. BUYERS BEWARE. Safe yourself the headache and go anywhere but to this dealer. You’ll potentially end up with an issue SIX WEELS after your purchase that you will have to resolve yourself. They will not help.

We found this dealership to be impressive. We were greeted promptly and courteously. Our needs for a vehicle within our price range were seamlessly met. Our salesperson was Jamie Mead and he was very helpful

Overall excellent experience!

Overall excellent experience! I purchased a vehicle being out of the state and Mark was fantastic to work with. He made sure everything was taken care and provided me with an accurate description and video of the car I bought. He answered all my questions and made himself available, even on his days off. I couldn’t be more happy with my new car!! Amazing staff and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!!

My husband and I went in to lease a 2024 Buick Envision.

My husband and I went in to lease a 2024 Buick Envision. Erica our sales lady was very nice and so was the finance guy Dave. Dave was supposed to get back with us on a few questions about grounding our current lease the next day. Never heard back even after leaving several voicemails over several days. Called Erica also because we experienced an issue at the same time with the new Buick. She never returned our call either. So my husband went in to the dealership after no success with the voicemails. Still nothing. This dealership only wants your money! You sign then you become a no body to them. We were skeptical even going there after bad experiences with their used car side. Lesson learned

We really liked your dealership.

We really liked your dealership. Erica and the rest of the staff that we met were really great to work with. I feel that I got a fair price for my trade in as it is listed on your lots web site for only $1200 more than you allowed us. All in all, I can't say anything bad.

Well worth the drive from Indiana.

Well worth the drive from Indiana. Mathew was so pleasant to deal with. No pressure sell, answered all my concerns, and just an overall great guy! My Challenger RT has been doing great and no hidden "suprises"! Alex was also very helpful and patient. Everyone I encountered looked happy and always courteous. Definitely will be my destination for next purchase.
