Will never spend another dollar at this dealership again!

Will never spend another dollar at this dealership again! Service advisor said her dad and grandfather were owners of car repair shops and she’d been working on cars since the age of 12. She didn’t even know which way to turn the nut to loosen lol. GM torque specs weren’t followed by the mechanic, female service advisor had zero customer service skills. Fellow in charge of the service dept (Michael) never offered an apology for GM specs not being followed on my vehicle which caused me an inconvenience. I will tell everyone my experience at this dealership and hope this dealership causes no one else an inconvenience, loss of time, or worse.

Substandard customer service Substandard workmanship Highly disappointed

Drove 9 hours to deal with Arbogast

We purchased a conversion van online from Dave at Arbogast 2 years ago. Process went very smooth; dealership delivered our van to our door in Eastern PA & driver took our car in trade. Fastforward two years -our needs changed. We called local dealers who wouldn't consider the value of our van. Back again to the Arbogast website. A 21 GMC Pickup caught our attention. Matthew C at Arbogast knew the value of our vehicle and wanted to make a deal happen. He made us a very fair offer. We made the (9hr) trip to Troy, Oh., met with Matthew; and in a few hours were back on our way. Before leaving, we sat with Ba N in finance. He sold us on an extended service plan; but we called back the next day to cancel. No haggling. Ba accepted our decision without bad feelings. These guys were great to work with. No doubt, if and when we look for another vehicle, Arbogast will be our first website search. Thank you Matthew & Ba.

I was looking for a used car on Cars .Com. I called Arbogast in Troy and got Joe Bauman he stated the the car I ask about was already sold. Joe told me he had one just in and needed to be cleaned and checked out. I waited several days the headed for the dealership, I met Joe Bauman he showed us the car and bought it. Through the whole process Joe and his team was polite and knowledgeable.He made us feel at home if you haven’t met Joe I highly recommend him he made buying a car painless. Thanks Joe Bauman

Perform the wrong service took three and a half hours to change the oil and a cigarette lighter that was the second trip for the cigarette lighter very poor service

Poor Service

Took it in for service they didn't do the right service three and a half hours for an oil change and a cigarette lighter change this was the second trip for the cigarette lighter very poor service

Very disappointed, came for service (performed the wrong

Very disappointed, came for service (performed the wrong one), and would not let me speak to the mechanic regarding an issue with diagnosing communication errors the vehicle is experiencing. How does it make sense to figure something out with no history of what's happening? Will not return!!
