Dave Arbogast Buick GMC

I recently bought a2021 gmc from Dan Everett. Absolutely the best salesman I have ever encountered. He was straight up guy with integrity. He will be the first person I seek out in the future for any new purchase. I always research before buying to make sure I don’t get taken. Every question I asked Dan was quickly answered truthfully. Arbogast should do anything they can to retain this guy!

Bought a used Buick Enclave from Joe Bauman yesterday. This guy knew his stuff! Answered ever question we threw at him. Very polite and courteous.

Amazing customer service Jamie Mead had helped me out in buying a used car. Very easy process and good quality car. He went over and beyond to help me find and buy a car. The communication was also nice that we were both on the same page.

Ross Dillahunt is your man if you are looking to buy a Vehicle. Had never been to Dave Arbogast Buick GMC before Ross met us at the door very polite and welcoming. Test drove 2 trucks was never pressured or rushed to make a decision. Spent two hours with us on Friday made appointment on Saturday to come back.He called on Saturday before are appointment to see if there was anything he could do for us before we got there told him we was running late said know problem when we showed up he greeted us at the door and we had are 4 year old with us the man spent 5 minutes talking to are daughter and even gave her his time about what she wanted to talk about. Then spent another 2 hours to get us the truck we wanted. I will never go to another car lot Thank you Ross. Then Alex in finance was great explained everything made sure we got the extended warranty that we wanted all around great experience. And last but not least thank you Toby For getting me to come to Dave Arbogast.

This service center is very nice. Met me at my car right away under cover and went right inside to desk to clarify why I was there. Then went to their very nice waiting room with TV and snack/drinks bar available.

Growing up in the area, I have always heard of Dave Arbogast's reputation and reliability and after purchasing our new vehicle from them, I can certainly attest to this. We worked with Mark Lindenauer and Andrew (sorry Andrew, I forgot your last name!) Mark went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and to appease any of my wife's concerns. He showed us every vehicle she was interested in and made sure to give us the in's and out's of each one of them. When we experienced any inconvenience along the way, Mark was there at the ready to ensure he met all of our needs. After working with Mark, Andrew, and the rest of the Arbogast team - this dealership has certainly set the standard for our expectations from a dealership, its sales people, and its financing department. We love our new car and my wife is excited to share in the amenities that the Arbogast dealership has to offer for its customers. We will certainly make this our first stop for any of our new (or new to us) car needs!

Bought pre:owned vehicle that they delivered approximately 300 miles. Supposedly vehicle was inspected and when driver delivered he said how great the vehicle drove. I’m no mechanic but after driving about 10 miles I knew something was wrong with the front end. Took to my local GM dealership and they had to replace the front tires and shocks. Ther is no way the driver didn’t know there was a problem. Notified Dave Greene the salesman at arborgast and he stated that was”terrible”. After no response from him , I contacted him again asking if they would be willing to pay half the cost of the repair. He stated “that seems more than fair “. And that was the last I heard from him. Buyers be aware you will only get lip service after your purchase!!!!

Terrible customer service!! Had immediate issue with preowned vehicle we bought. Supposedly it was inspected before delivery to our home 6 hours away. When driver dropped vehicle off stated how nice the vehicle handled. I’m not a mechanic but took me approximately 10 miles to know there was an issue with the front end. Took to our local dealership and they had to replace shocks, tires, wheel alignment, etc. Asked our salesman at Aborgast if they would be willing to cover half the cost. He stated that “seems more than fair”. And that was the last I heard from him. Buyers be aware! After the sell expect only lip service!!!!

Just recently bought my third car from Arbogast. I worked with Mark Lindenauer (again!) I love my car and I cannot express how good Mark is at his job! I cannot recommend him enough!

I just bought my first ever new car. Mike Cole was my salesperson and he was amazing. Never felt pressured. All the staff that I dealt with was very nice and helpful . I will definitely give them my business again. Thanks again Mike and the Arbogast team.
