This was THE best car buying experience I have ever had (and I'm a Sales Manager of a different make store)!! Saw the car online, called and spoke with John. He was professional and immediately sent me the window sticker as well as a fantastic walk-around video displaying the car. I sent everything in ahead of time and they worked with my schedule ensuring a fast and efficient delivery. Joey was polite and super helpful in connecting my phone and making sure I was happy with everything. He even came in on his day off making things more convenient for me. Glenn, in finance, was friendly and did amazing explaining everything I was signing, so it was clearly understood. The car was detailed in wonderful condition. Meeting Mr. Kelly was a highlight and pleasant experience! I was in awe after leaving with my "new" car! Great experience, great team and great place!

For years I had heard from friends that Kelly Cadillac was a great dealership. When I had the chance to buy there I could see that they were right. Our sales consultant, Kim C. was amazing. She was so warm and friendly. My wife, who is usually tense about the whole car shopping experience was happy to be involved this time because of how easy going the experience was. We met Geoff Kelly, who is just the nicest person as well. Oh, and did I mention that we got a great car at a fantastic price? These guys are great. I will recommend them to all my friends.
