I visited with my husband the day before Thanksgiving to check on a car my husband found online. We were greeted by Uzma and our car was waiting for us up front. After we took the car for a test drive and went back to the dealer we were personally greeted by the owner who introduced himself and was very personable. We had some issues that they managed to resolve for us, Glenn on the Finance department was terrific as well and took the time to walk us through the paperwork. They stayed with us way passed closing hours and everybody was incredibly accommodating and patient. We ended up taking home my DREAM CAR!!! The car is in great condition and impeccably clean, the owner himself went to the gas station to fill up the tank! A+ service, will absolutely refer to our family and friends. Thank you Kelly Cadillac!
