Robin was very good about showing me other types of cars that I was interested in but didn’t know they had on their lot. She was very knowledgeable on each vehicle.. In the end I ended up buying the one that I drove into the lot to look at. I do not know Robin, but I feel that you are blessed to have her on your team. Everyone there was very nice and friendly and I enjoyed my visit there. Thank you for this opportunity.

I seen a Suburu Outback online. Called the next day to make sure it was still available. When I got to Lima Auto Mall I was greeted by Brett Dardio. Told him what I seen. He pulled the car up and let me take it on a test drive. Needless to say I loved it so I bought it. The process was smooth and easy and Brett was great. I thought Brett and financing staff were very professional at their jobs. My only problem was spending 45,000 on a truck and not get any floor mats or owners manual with it. Brett is actively working on the manual but I am already 200.00 out of pocket for things you would've thought would come with a $45,000 truck. As far as the people though, they were excellent.
