after thinking I scheduled an oil change online found out after showing at the appointment time that it never went through but the shop workedme in anyway and my wait time was very minimal

Amazing with working with my work schedule to let me buy the car of my dreams

Brett Dardio had the Camaro sitting front and center when we arrived. First thing he did was give us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive. No long speech beforehand. No haggling. We came back, settled on a price and drove our new convertible home in just over an hour. Was already pre-approved for a loan so the transaction was swift and smooth. Small dealership and things were neat and tidy inside and out. We live an hour away and we were talking about the best place to make a fuel stop along the way, so while we were signing the paperwork Brett put half a tank of gas in it for us.

Daniel Cherkas was great to work with! He was super nice, funny, professional and showed us the car we had been eyeing online with no pressure to buy. Once we were approved, not only did he make sure we knew the cars controls and features inside and out, he also took it across the street for a car wash and put a little gas in it for us! This is my second car purchase from Lima Auto Mall and I would gladly go there again and gladly seek out Daniel for assistance with a future purchase!

first time the person Italked with ,I felt as tho he was trying to tell me a line of bull because he had no idea what problem was ,also was alittle sharp with me when I ask him question. fortunatly the nex person I dealt with on the following day was better prepared to deal with the public, being honest with his responses. After all if you don't know the answer just say so dont make up stuff like the first fellow.

I am satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle and the time it took to complete the job.
