First off, I don't usually take the time to write reviews, however writing this one comes with privilege and pleasure. Secondly, this was my wife and I's first internet buying experience. We were nervous about buying a vehicle 800 miles away, and getting up to do an in-person test drive was not possible. From start to finish the entire crew at Lima was amazing. They addressed our concerns, and made sure our vehicle was exactly as advertised. To say the least, it wasn't as advertised. It was BETTER! Dan went out of his way to make this buying process not only stress-free, but actually enjoyable. There's no wonder that this dealership has been around for 100 years. The next time any of our friends need a vehicle (or if we do), I will happily and quickly recommend they search through Lima's inventory online and see if there's something that fits their needs.
