Lima Auto Mall is probably the best dealership that I have done business with in a long time. They are very kind and friendly and will go out of their way to help serve you. They never gave up on trying to find me a car. I was in desperate need of a reliable car for work because I totaled my car 2 months ago by hitting a deer. Lima auto mall and Dan Cherkas did everything in their power to help me get into a vehicle that I liked. They treat you like family and they understand your financial situation. He was very helpful with understanding the bank loan and warranty stuff. He was very kind and made the confusing things understandable and answered all my questions.

Got me back o the road but have taken there every other oil change and never mentioned brakes were worn but yet this time I had to replace all 4 pads and rotors. Think it could have been avoided if service would have checked throughout the previous times as they stated on receipt they did
