I love the atmosphere at the service center since I always wait on my car. I enjoy a cup of coffee and either watch TV or bring a book to read. The service is reliable and all the staff is courteous.

Came in for a oil change, tire rotation and wipers. Everything was done and they recommended I have to get tires and a rim.

As always,the service people(carla) treat me with the utmost respect,are able to answer any questions I have.They explane everything that was done to my vehicle,and advise me of any future problems that may pop-up in the future.They are always courtious and very knolegable of the vehicle I bring in for service..I have an 07 crewcab silverado,and a 12 equinox.I am proud to have Diane Sauer as my dealer,and am very happy with this Service Dept.

I arrived at 2:10 for my 2:30 appointment was greeted by Matt my truck was taken back at 2:40 and was finished at 3:25 i feel that is pretty good.
