good service

Greeted by service tech as soon as we walked in the service bay - after service was complete she explained why it took a few minutes longer than expected - which was ok with me.

New vehicle purchase

I have found the staff courteous, friendly, and helpful and have enjoyed dealing with them. Chris Whetzel was very pleasant and accommodating.

Fast courteous and efficient. One area that I would "complain" about is the need to wash the vehicle after servicing.

Good service

Genuine effort made to find the cause of my problem and was corrected, even though a service bulletin was never issued when the replacement part was redesigned. Not the fault of the dealer.

Excellent customer service from the salesman

We go there because of your salesman Brian. He exceeds our expectations 100% of the time. I have purchased 4 cars from him within the past 5 years and have not been disappointed.

Very knowledgeable. Facilities very clean.

Our salesman Matt Cornicelli was very prepared when we arrived at the dealership with prices and details of the early trade ins.

Great service and clean waiting area.

I am pleased that the wait time was exactly what the service person quoted when I dropped the car off. The service area is clean and waiting area is also nice and clean.

Great Service

I did ask on this visit which included a tire rotation to inflate all tires to 30 when done......not sure this was done. All in all I wouldn't take my car any where else for servicing.
