Great service and very clean and nice area to wait
The service was excellent, however, the time I spent waiting was excessive. I was told I would have a 1 to 1-1/2 hr wait. I was there for 2-1/2 hrs!!. Other than that, excellent service.

Top notch service
Right on time with scheduled appointment. Reviewed AC problem - I did not have the Recirc button on. They explained fully why it had to be engaged. Also checked the recall - no problem with my Cruze. Finished with a car wash. Service was top notch.

Excellent and Caring Dealership (Diane Sauers)
I had the best experience at a dealership ever. The reason why was of the salesperson Dave Dalton. I used to purchase my vehicles from Greenwood Chevrolet in Austintown which I thought was giving me their best. But there is no comparison when I purchased my vehicle from Dave. Dave took the time to explained to me everything about the vehicle and the dealership where at Greenwood they assumed that I knew everything. Dave took the time to give me the best experience a customer should have when purchasing a vehicle. That trickled down to the finance representative to service. Fact is right after I purchased my 2014 Silverado, I leased a 2014 Cruze from Dave. I am really glad that I made the switch!
