I purchased a volvo xc90 from Tom Kelly and negotiated online. Ben Kauffman was my sales rep and was responsive, professional, and provided a great overall experience. We picked it up a few days later and the vehicle looked great! We were in and out in 2 hours.

We bought our 8th Volvo from tom Kelley in November 2024. We were notified of a software update in March 2026. It is mid July and we just got out car back. Service manager, Tim went above and beyond. Never heard anything from Kelley management or Volvo. 5 months waiting for a fix is outrageous. We even looked into trading in the car since it was turning off, initiating the navigation system on its own and making its own phone calls. What does it take to get some discussion with Kelley or Volvo?

This is the 3rd car we have purchased from Ben. He is charming and knowledgeable and was always prepared and proactive. The process was efficient and easy. We will buy our next car from him too!
