She was able to get in and out on our own terms. He was very very patient. We went back a week later test drive vehicle and she loved it. She has a newer set of wheels and is on the road again

I was in the market for a Explorer . I emailed Rich, he didn't have any at the time but a few weeks later he had one on the lot. I made an appointment to go look at it and bought it that day! I recently visited to look for a used car, it just so happens that they had the make and model I was interested in. After a test drive I noticed a slight vibration in the front end, I relayed this and within a few days the problem was fixed with no extra charge ! I had a very pleasant experience and have no complaints, the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me and my needs, I couldn't be happier.
