I was shopping for a used car and they had a Nissan Rogue in a very good condition. After some negotiation, we agreed on a price that I was very happy with. The salesmen I worked with (Chris, Mike) were very friendly and professional. The buying process was smooth and they took care of everything. I went in there on a thrusday to look around and talk numbers. I left there on Saturday with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. With the exception of "i should have bought the 4-door insted of the 2-door"....lol......i LOVE my new car! Tom & Chris were so helpful and easy to deal with. Joe the Finance manager was great and went above and beyond to help get me a good rate. I will definately be going back to them for my next car :)

I shopped for an auto at almost every dealership in the Westchester County area.. Because of my low credit score I was treated as a second class citizen by all that I contacted. The salesman named Robinson at Pepe cadallic in White Plains NY. even had the nerve to laugh when discussing my credit status with their finance manager. When I walked into Bill Volz Chrysler I sat down with their finance manager Joseph Verde, I explained my situation to him. He actually took the time to listen and tried to help me. Well guess what folks. I drove a brand new Chrysler 200 out of the Bill Volz showroom today. Who's laughing now Mr.Robinson at Pepe Cadallic.
