Kyle did a great job finding what was wrong with my car. He went above and behind in finding the problem and finding the price of what the service would cost.

Service representative was short with me and was not willing to explain things. I had to ask a million questions to get any answers. Although he did answer my questions, I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Also, in the past, BMW of Toledo has failed to address my concerns. Take your car else where!
