Jim was great
JIm provided a loaner to us at no cost. The recall created a problem and service needed the car for a few days to correct the problem. Jim was very considerate. I needed to go to Cleveland. he did not keep us waiting, just gave us a loaner and said he was sorry for the inconvenience. He is an asset to your dealership.
