I am an out of state buyer who purchased a used vehicle from Grayson BMW. Historically, I have dreaded the car buying process and engaging with dealers. The vehicle is awaiting dispatching for delivery, but I could not be more pleased with my experience. My sales representative, Shane Childress, was highly responsive, honored all my communication requests, while being very candid and helpful. The hand off to finance was seamless, where the team worked to get me a competitive rate and didn’t try to hassle me about unnecessary add-ons. Similar to Shane, Tom Pack in finance was highly responsive, respectful and informative. I wish there was a dealer like Grayson in metro Detroit; I would become a loyal customer.

Excellent service, the service staff are top notch, and you get a recording of the work they are doing so there is a lot of transparency and trust.

Grayson's service and sales departments have always been top notch. I have dealt with Justin many times over the years. Have never had an issue.

Check engine lite while on vacation. Grayson was nearest BMW dealership. They managed to fit me in next morning 1st thing. Friendly, courteous, competent. I was out in an hour. Saved our vacation!!!

Whenever I visit Grayson I feel valued as a customer. They know me and usually communicate promptly, they are transparent in vehicle diagnoses using videos and they don’t push me into unnecessary or non-urgent repairs. The venue has a relaxed, service-driven and professional hospitality concept. 2 thumbs up!

Buyer beware. Grayson BMW will scam you. They will sell you a car that hasn't been properly inspected. They scammed my 74 year old handicapped mother out of 43000 for a 2024 Infiniti QX60. Walter Grayson will not return calls after you talk to him and let him know what's going on. Infiniti said it will cost 10 to 15000 to fix the car. Also said the car wold never be the same. We took the car to South Carolina and thank God we didn't die. The only reason we found out about this is the check engine light came on and the car was trying to die on us. So when we got back we took it to Infiniti. Watch the video posted. The radiator is put up with zip ties. Very sad when you can't trust a so called reputable dealership.

The dealership has done a great job in dealing with a tire and wheel issue that I have had. Also the BMW 740 has been the best car that I have ever owned in fifty years. Even with the great power, let the engine possesses, I still get thirty five miles per gallon on the highway. With almost a seven hundred mile range.
