Very easy appointment procedure I got there on time and they had a loaner waiting. I was having a lot done and expected 3-4 hours. It was done in 2 hours and was done to my satisfaction. I’m extremely happy with my service

Grayson BMW in Knoxville, TN, has been the worst
Grayson BMW in Knoxville, TN, has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in terms of sales. I purchased a car that had been wrecked, but no one disclosed its condition. I live in a different part of Tennessee and paid $500 for delivery, only to have the car arrive 10 days later with every warning light imaginable on the dashboard. When I called to report the defects, they offered no solutions and simply told me to "do what I had to do." As a business, I expected them to at least offer to inspect the car or provide some sort of resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference. I took the car to a local dealership for a diagnostic check, and it turned out that it had indeed been wrecked, along with several other malfunctions surfacing. I had only had the car for 30 seconds when it was dropped off, and all these issues became apparent. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from this dealership. I am prepared to escalate this issue, including contacting NC5, to prevent this from happening to someone else. They are untrustworthy and do not deserve to sell cars. The General Manager, Galvin Aldrich, (Jason) provided no assistance. I repeat: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
