Love that I was able to communicate with my sales rep via text as I don’t have a lot of time during the day. I got everything set up all the car and then purchased it nice and efficient and had a good price.

My recent service experience was excellent.
My recent service experience was excellent. Trent gave me a call when the part he ordered came in and worked with me to set a mutually convenient service date. When I arrived Trent had a loaner car ready to go. He kept me informed on the repair progress and sent me a text advising that my vehicle was ready to pick up. The repair appeared professionally done and my vehicle was washed. I am completely satisfied.

Justin P. at Grayson BMW is absolutely AMAZING. Our car was totaled recently due to the wonderful roads of Tennessee (potholes). My car was always cared for very much & he knew that. He was so patient with us & he took wonderful car of us. He took that kind of car of us from the very beginning when we got our car.
