Jason Russini is always on point and goes above and Beyond. The dealership found me a pre-owned BMW M3 at another Dealership in another state. The car arrived earlier than expected. Loving the new ride , only regret is that the car came with only 1 key

Management and Sales department unreliable, but the service department, especially Danny were terrific and the only reason I will come back to Grayson for my service and maintenance. He really was able to change my mind about your organization and I have already scheduled additional work with him.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from Grayson BMW. Rich Gray help me build a beautiful X-3 M50. Richard took the time to help me set up the X-3 just the way I wanted and to show me the basic operations. Great information, advice and tips. Jesus Castillo was friendly, patient and helped me pick the best service packages for my needs. The folks at Grayson from sales to finance to service are professional who show they care and treat you like a friend. This is what keeps me coming back to Grayson.

Ricky Loy with Grayson BMW went above and beyond. He listened to our needs tired to helps us get what we came in for. We weren't approved for it but showed an option I didn't think of and we walked happy with a good vehicle that fit our needs. Highly recommend!!!!!

My last experience with Grayson was ridiculous with the service department. I brought my car in for a simple take the tire off of the wheel and at a later hour put it back on after wasting my entire day. They finally called me totally ruined my entire day to tell me they couldn’t do it. Even the service manager could not tell me why Matt supposedly my friend did not bother to call me at an earlier hour to tell me they couldn’t do it so I am extremely upset with them.

I am an out of state buyer who purchased a used vehicle from Grayson BMW. Historically, I have dreaded the car buying process and engaging with dealers. The vehicle is awaiting dispatching for delivery, but I could not be more pleased with my experience. My sales representative, Shane Childress, was highly responsive, honored all my communication requests, while being very candid and helpful. The hand off to finance was seamless, where the team worked to get me a competitive rate and didn’t try to hassle me about unnecessary add-ons. Similar to Shane, Tom Pack in finance was highly responsive, respectful and informative. I wish there was a dealer like Grayson in metro Detroit; I would become a loyal customer.
