I have been using Grayson for the maintenance of my BMW for a number of years and have generally been very satisfied with their work. Cost of service is higher than I would hope for but quality of work is first class

This is by far the most unethical and morally corrupt dealership we have ever tried to do business with. We made a deal on a car and put down a deposit over MemorialDay Weekend. We had agreed that we would reach out to our bank when they opened on Tuesday following the holiday. When we had made our financial arrangements we attempted to reach the sales people we had been dealing with but they would not take our call. The following day we tried again only to find out the car had been sold to someone else. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell us what happened. I’ve been in sales for 27 years and I’ve always stood behind my word. These people see a better option and they leave you in their dust…without the courage to even pick up the phone to call and explain. We would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone unless you can walk JJ with pockets full of cash and make a deal on the spot. GRAYSON BMW SHOWS NO LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

The price was good, and the sales lady was very nice but don't expect the dealership to make sure everything on the car is in proper and working order. The a/c wouldn't get cold and I asked them if they could diagnose what the problem was and she said no, the mechanics only want to work on the BMW vehicles so I asked if on the test drive could I get refrigerant to see if that was the only problem. So I did that which cost me $82 but at least I knew that They was all the a/c needed. They didn't offer to deduct that off of the price but it wasn't a deal breaker. Driving it home from the dealership I noticed that braking from higher speed that the brake pads and rotors are going to have to be replaced asap which they didn't mention either. It started raining half way home and at 75 mph I turned the windshield wipers on. On the third swipe the driver side wiper goes flying off and cracks the windshield. Luckily I found an auto parts store off the interstate to get a new wiper. I understand that when I drove it off the lot it is my responsibility for everything but it would have been nice to know these things before I bought it so I am saying all this to say don't expect them to inspect or find any problems with it before you buy it. I don't regret buying it but I always thought a BMW dealership would do a better job making sure things like those would already be taken care of.

Excellent customer service was provided to address a concern before we travelled. We really appreciated how helpful Matt was to get our BMW in and serviced on short notice!

BMW service crazy expensive. I own four Toyota products and this BMW. The Bmw is 5X more expensive to maintain than the other four combined.
