One of the biggest decisions about buying from a dealership is who I have to deal with after the sale and I know I will be well taken care of by my service advisors, Justin and Matt. They are both so wonderful and take such good care of me and my vehicle. The sale is only that day but service is for the remainder of the vehicle. They go above and beyond for me when I’ve needed it most and I can always trust they will tell me the truth.

Knoxville BMW is well worth the visit if you want to keep your car safe and running at its best. Matt was my service representative, and he was friendly, patient, and never made me feel like any of my questions were silly. He went above and beyond to help me prioritize the recommended maintenance so I could keep my car in great condition while staying within my budget. He was always available, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I had the information I needed to make confident decisions. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and highly recommend both Matt and the Knoxville BMW service team.

A great experience. No traditional sales pressure. Roger is very knowledgeable a the BMW product. His guidance through the process made us feel like he wanted to establish a long term relationship that was directed at meeting future needs. I highly recommend him to my friends and business associates.

We just stopped by to look. We had no intention of buying. I liked the grand Cherokee I had but it was too big. Rich was very helpful and personable. We liked him and what he showed us. He pretty much sold us!
