Great service staff especially Dylan in the service department. I highly recommend them for any issues with your vehicle. They never blow me off or try to sell you things that you don’t need. They have always respected my time and have a loaner ready for me. I’ve tried others but no one has even gotten close to the level of service I get from GraysonBMW or Dylan . I appreciate you all for the level of professionalism that I always receive. Many of my friends now use their service and sales department because of how I’ve always been treated. Thank you again for everything you do for my family and myself greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I have gone to Grayson for years I have bought a couple of cars from them and have been very pleased. The main reason I go there is for service and Justin Pickell my service advisor. I have always been very happy getting my cars serviced there because I know Justin will make sure that everything is taken care of and that I get everything my car needs. I hope he never leaves Grayson cause I don’t trust anybody but him.
