Dylan was exceptionally with the process. He was the most familiar with my lease option from my employer, this helped a bad situation of having a damaged rim and blown tire. The tire and rim were ordered and delivered within a few days. Excellent customer service and quality work performed with video footage of no additional damage. This was most helpful for my peace of mind and confidence in the vehicle being safe to drive. It’s hard to find people who perform at this level and are still personable while being professional. Bravo Zulu to the technicians that repaired and the service dept as a whole.
