Trent in the service department is an awesome person. My husband and I decided after we first met him that he the only service guy we want to work with. Trent is honest, upfront, transparent and clear in hos communication about the vehicles, what could be/is happening, and handles emergencies and client's bad days with a grace that I've rarely seen. I feel like such a jerk cause of course now I cannot recall his name, but the young man who handles the loaners? Fantastic. Knowledgeable, eager to have a conversation or sit in silence on a ride, whichever you prefer. He's efficient and safe on the road when shuttling me home from a longer service appointment, or can make moving mountains to get a loaner look like it takes no sweat at all despite the constant return and lend of cars. If you've a BMW, you're on good hands with this service team.
