It was a great experience however, I was expecting a shorter wait time for a routine service.

Excellent service. Caring and patient.It took 3 hours and everyone was very attentive and the job got done.

The sales agent gave me a price going out the door on the lease and once I sat in the back room to finish the deal more money was added after I already paid. I still feel very uncomfortable about that until this day. The dealership was unaware of their own promotion posted on their website. Lovely car but if I can get another car without having to interact with a dealership that’s the route I’ll be going. The two interactions I’ve had with this location between the purchase of the lease and the patching of a tire have left me very stressed. I have anxiety about coming back here for anything.

From purchasing to the service of the vehicle..very smooth, friendly and positive experience. Doesn't feel like they are dealer but our friends n family. Spreading words to others!
