I had a 9:10 AM appointment for my Camry’s first service,

I had a 9:10 AM appointment for my Camry’s first service, but my car wasn’t taken in until 9:40 AM. I was told it would take 1.5 hours, but it ended up taking 2.5 hours. I understand they were busy, and they apologized, but I’m not satisfied. If they don’t have enough staff, they shouldn’t take so many appointments. It felt like my time wasn’t valued.

We sincerely apologize that we did not respect your time. Waiting 30 minutes just to start, followed by an hour delay, is unacceptable. We take your feedback on our scheduling very seriously and will be adjusting our appointment system to prevent future delays.

My issues never get properly fixed, i always have to go

My issues never get properly fixed, i always have to go back and forth to get my car fixed after a visit. A new issue occurs after every visit.
