Needed a Missouri state inspection for my 2014 Subaru Forrester when they completed the service they recommended a couple additional items which I had done, but it wasn’t until a few days later they did not do the Missouri state inspection. The whole reason I went in I do not recommend this place for service go somewhere else.

Great experience. Zach was my salesperson and I explained to him that I do not make decisions quickly. There was zero pressure and just the right amount of follow-up to my first visit. I did visit another dealership and came back to Zach. He was very patient with me and I will recommend him to friends looking for a car. I was super pleased with my deal and elated about the warranty. The dealership was clean and comfortable, but the coffee could use some improvement.

After inquiring about a car through the app, I was assigned a salesperson. Before I arrived, I was reassigned. The kid assigned to me was great, but the dealership process was a mess. They had issues entering customer information into their portal. The dealership had issues getting their paperwork in order (which I paid $599 for) and we ended up leaving with dealer plates since they couldn’t transfer ownership due to their system. Day three of the sale and more paperwork was forgotten by the sales department and was brought to the home. Sales person was great, dealership was a train wreck.

Clean facility, courteous staff. Brecken was salesman. Very nice young man. Have purchased several vehicles from LS Subaru through the years. James F did our paperwork. Have known James a long time. They have a nice waiting area when you get your serviced. Always been pleased with the previous Subaru’s we’ve owned

This detail shop is the best. It’s the most organized & accurate, all they do as perfect. I got a car shine / protection inside and out on my brand new car and it looks 100% better than when I bought it a week ago. I will never go anywhere else. The manager Sean Simpson is the best.

I was scheduled for an oil change and work on a recall. When I arrived, I was informed that the work would take a lot longer than I expected. The technician said that loaners were usually scheduled when the work was scheduled. This didn't happen to me. A loaner was provided on the spot, and I was out the door within 15 minutes. The work was completed quicker than anticipated, and I was given great leeway in returning the loaner to pick up my car.
