I was in the market for a new car, and based on word of mouth and seeing Knauz on almost every vehicle where I live, I decided to pay them a visit. I was specifically looking for a Hyundai, and I could not have gotten a better salesman than Mr. Paul Kim to assist me with the process. One word to describe Paul: Professional. As I was going through the different models and packages they had, not once did Paul seem uninterested. He was nothing but patient and a pleasure to work with, and got me out the door in a brand new car in a blink of an eye. Knauz offers a variety of cars to choose from (Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, BMW, etc), but whatever you decide on, make sure you have Paul help you as he is the best there is.

Leasing one car is hard try leasing 2 at once! Especially since the 5 series has been redesigned and the models are very different from the past. Not at Knauz. Bob made the process very straight forward. The cars are so completely different. We have to thank Brandon for sitting with each of us and explaining everything to us. We would highly recommend Knauz

I had an excellent experience when I recently purchase my car at Knauz Mercedes Benz. I have been looking for over a year for a low mileage used S550. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack. I saw a car that interested me on the Knauz website. I contacted the dealership and was extremely fortunate to speak with Mark Saltzman. Mark informed me that the car was no longer available. I told him what kind of car I was looking for and how I had not had much luck finding what I was looking for. I asked Mark, as I had asked numerous other salesmen, to let me know if he comes across any car that might interest me. Frankly, I did not expect to hear back from him. A few days later, on a Saturday, I received a call from Mark. He told me that a car that fit my description had just come in the door. The car was a very low mileage 2013 S550 in excellent condition and could be sold in a day. What impressed me about Mark was that he was very straight forward and willing to hold the car for me on my word that I would see the car on Monday night. I saw and bought the car on Monday. We reached a very fair price without a lot of unnecessary haggling - which I would like to thank the GM (who I did not meet) for that. Mark made sure the sale went smoothly. I also want to compliment Vijay in finance for going through all the paperwork with me to make sure I was only getting what I needed. I would highly recommend Knauz and Mark to anybody looking for a Mercedes-Benz.

This is my first BMW and Yale made the buying a wonderful experience. I would always recommend him because I believe he was completely honest with me and I did get a great deal from him.

This is the second car I have leased from Knauz BMW in the past 4 years and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Bob Geisheker really understood my needs in a car and helped me figure out which model made the most sense. Spencer Parker was also very helpful in giving me the "ins and outs" of the different technology in the car I went with. Although I live in the city and have closer BMW dealerships I could go to, I will be loyal to the Knauz team for the foreseeable future.

I was looking for the ultimate off-road vehicle for taking my 3 hunting dogs into fields and forest. Because of my sport, I was the crazy lady dragging dog crates around trying out everything in the market. Romy, Justin, and Chad answered my obscure questions about how I use vehicles for transporting dogs and searched and found my dream 2017 Scotia Grey Disco(very). Great support, follow up, and continued check-ins from the whole team. I felt valued, supported, and all questions were answered. Can't imagine I won't be a Land Rover customer for years to come.....

For once a dealership that listens to the customer. Bob Geisheker got down to finding the car we were looking for at a great price. No gimmicks, just great service.

We've purchased cars thru Knauz before but this was our first BMW purchased there. Dealing with Bob Geisheker was a pleasure. He answered my emails promptly and followed thru on my requests. I found the car I wanted and negotiations were really easy and fair. Once I purchased the car, Spencer helped us learn all that this great car could do. He really is a "genius"

Sales and service staff go above and beyond my expectations which are EXTREMELY HIGH. Knauz is the only dealership worthy of my money and respect.
