Knauz vs fields/perillo

I have bought 3 cars in the last 3 years from bob Geisheker at knauz. Even if I move from illinois I will still come back to knauz. They are the best! From service to fairness on price they have exceeded every expectation and surpassed any other dealership in the Chicagoland area.

First BMW Purchase

I had not had a car note in 10 years and decided to treat myself to a nice used BMW. George my salesman was very nice and patient, Doug in finance equally nice. They made me feel very comfortable and were not push overs. Would buy from Knauz again.

Personal Care

I am picking up my new BMW. 428i tomorrow. Rolly Davidson, as my salesman, assisted with easy hassle-free negotiations, kept me up to date on the production process from Germany to Baltimore to Lake Bluff. The price was right-on with online sales data. I chose Knauz, even though it is further from my home than a competitor, for the consistent follow-through and pressure free friendly attention. i highly recommend a stop to visit Rolly.

The Best Team for a Great Purchase Experience

Bob Geisheker and Scott Aducci were extraordinarily supportive and patient professionals that made our purchase a very pleasant experience. Bob and Scott responded quickly to our questions and were generous with their time to educate us with regard to product information, lease/purchase options and beneficial protection plans. There was never a feeling of pressure, so our decision felt comfortable and right for us. Scott documented the transaction in a pleasantly efficient manner, and Bob again made us feel special as he presented our X3 and the BMW Genius that would teach us what we needed to know about its operation. Both Bob and Scott followed up post sale to ensure our total satisfaction ... truly made us feel like family.

Great Experience Again

I just leased my 4th 3-Series BMW from Knauz. That alone shows they must be doing something right. In reality, they do many things right from sales to service. This time, I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay with the 3-Series or switch to the 2-series. I think I drove my sales rep (Brock Gordon) a bit crazy. I know I did more test drives than any client he previously had, but he was patient and worked with me , allowing me the time to make the best choice for my needs. After driving for new 340ix for just a few days, I know it was the right choice

Great experience

Let's just say this was the best car buying experience I have had. I am so use to calling every dealer and finally getting it whittle down to the correct price, but not this time. I walked in saw the car I wanted, CLS 63 AMG, and began to look at it. Paul Kim came over and politely asked me if I had any questions. Told him I just needed his best price on the car. I checked three dealers no one came close to his price. He then went out of his way to make the buying experience great with the help of Ryan and Sam. I now know every feature on that car along with having a team that takes care of me with any issues.

Wonderful Experience Leasing a LR4

My LR4 purchase with Chad, Erik, and Matt could not have been easier or more enjoyable! I found the perfect vehicle online, they were quick to get in touch and answer all of my questions. When I arrived, they had the paperwork ready and the car washed and filled with gas. Beautiful facility & complex, nice professional people to do business with, what more could you ask for? I would highly recommend their team & the Land Rover product, thank you to Land Rover Lake Bluff for a wonderful experience!

Good experience overall.

This was both my first exposure to and purchase of a car from Knauz BMW. I love my X3 and am thankful to my sales associate Tisha Akulich, who helped facilitate the buying of my car. He was first of all approachable, friendly and patient with addressing any of my concerns; at the same time that he expressed that he was very knowledgeable, attentive and very professional yet caring. He gained my trust and thus my willingness to buy a car from this dealership. He is a great asset to Karl Knauz BMW and I would recommend him highly at this dealership. Along with Tisha, the finance person Doug Kamp and other service persons have made this a good experience for me. The dealership has tried to address my requests timely and I believe I will have a good relationship with them going forward as well.
