Bob was friendly and helpful and was able to show me a bunch of pre-owned 5 series. Sam "The Genius" was very knowledgeable about the car and did a nice job of showing me around the car once I made the purchase. Overall made the process as painless as possible.

Worked with Paul Kim and Sam Greenberg to custom order a 2016 GLC 300 to the specifications we wanted. Mercedes had some issues producing the car with the color/interior trim combination we wanted but Paul went above and beyond to secure that combination for us. Sam really helped getting my name change/history fiasco cleared up and worked on my behalf to Mercedes Financial. Overall very satisfied with the experience and will recommend the dealership and the staff!

Recently acquired my 4th BMW. Continue to be pleased with Knauz. I worked with Steve for all 4 vehicles. Enjoyed my 5 series for years. I was looking for a change. I drove the 435 gran coup M Sport. It was just the change I was looking for. Appreciated Steve taking the time to show me options I may not have considered that helped me make an excellent choice.
