I purchase my first BMW and first used car at Knauz BMW. It was a far better experience than I anticipated. Judy Powell was polite, professional, knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Judy patiently (and thoroughly) answered all our questions and made the negotiating/buying process very efficient and painless. Knauz delivered a beautiful CPO that we are really enjoying! I have been back to ask the Geniuses for help setting up some of the car's many features and found them to be a great resource as well. Nice work by the entire team. I highly recommend Knauz and suggest you contact Judy for your next BMW purchase--as I am sure we will!

seems like every time my wife brings her car here (which is where she bought it), something subpar happens. this time, they serviced the brakes on her car but left the interior of the car filthy and unwashed. not a big deal, i know, but the overall experience we've had here has been so bad that I feel I should post at least one failure every so often. get kind of amusing at this point, quite frankly.

I have to say I was extremely happy with the service provided to my husband and I by Knauz BMW and, more specifically, Judy Powell. We were pleasantly surprised by the entire experience and if it's possible to actually trust a salesperson I would trust Judy. She was very knowledgable and I truly felt like she was honest with us about our purchase of a used car. We were happy when we left the dealership and I don't think I have ever been able to say that before. We look forward to the next time we will need to buy a car as we will definitely return.

We just purchased our second car from Judy Powell at Knauz BMW and we are thrilled! Judy is so easy to work with - knowledgable, personable and professional. She really worked hard to find us exactly the car we were looking for and we are so happy with our purchase. We had purchased our previous car through Judy as well so we know that the positive experience doesn't stop after you drive off the lot. Judy was always available to answer questions or just to say 'hello'. These days it feels more like visiting a friend then a car dealership when we walk in there.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Bob Geisheker and Knauz BMW. I had been to several other dealerships that had really soured me on the the car shopping experience. My time spent at Knauz with Bob was completely different. Bob worked with me to quickly identify the car that would work best for my wants/needs, and the overall negotiation process was painless. Bob was very helpful throughout the purchase, and I highly recommend him if anyone is looking for honest answers and opinions when it comes to the car buying process. I want to point out that I have to drive past another dealership to get to Knauz, and I feel it is well worth the time and effort. I would recommend Bob and Knauz to anyone looking for a BMW.

All I can say is WOW! I have bought many cars in my life, but this was by far THE best experience ever!! I live in the western suburbs and could have bought my new BMW from many dealerships that were much closer to my house. I am so glad that I didn't do that and made the drive to Lake Bluff. I worked with Rolly Davidson and he has to be the best salesperson I have ever met. Rolly worked with me over the phone and via e-mail and I received the best deal on my car from him. You are always leery when it almost sounds too good to be true. We reached a deal over the phone and then I made the 60+ mile drive to Knauz. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rolly who quickly took me to see the big "reveal" of my new X3 which was under a drape. I actually ordered the car and was able to get it delivered in under 4 weeks - amazing!! No games. No pressure. No hassle. Everything promised - delivered as promised. Great experience and I will be back for my next car to Knauz and look forward to seeing Rolly again!

I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience, my salesman Bob/ and the others were very friendly, helpful. No pressure at all about purchasing a car from any of their sales team. At Knauz they really do care about their customers !!! I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car from them.

This is a good tag line for Knauz BMW. I was greated immediately when I arrived and worked with Bob Geisheker to purchase a beautiful CPO 328i. Bob was very professional and knowledgable and I enjoyed the test drive with him and learning more about the car. Negotiating the price on the car also was pleasant and done in a professional and respectul manner. I worked with Steve Kwasman in Finance who was very thorough and layed out all the options in a straight forward factual manner, which was appreciated. Knauz also had a couple of guys walk me through all the cars great attributes and NAV system, which was a helpful and a much needed tutorial. Lots of folks dread buying a car, but Knauz made the experience fun. If you are in the Chicago market and looking for a BMW (they also sell other luxury lines), Knauz has my highest recommendation, and being a former BMW owner, I have worked with a couple other dealers that couldn't even come close to the great experience I had with Knauz!

I started going to Knauz BMW for service on my last vehicle which was purchased from Motor Works. The staff was always friendly and the service exceptional. When I started looking to replace my vehicle, Knauz was the logical place to go. The sales experience was great and all the staff are friendly, not just the sales associate working with you. I would highly recommend Knauz for sales and service.
