Randy Wise Service: Approx a year ago, was sold a new fuel pump. Clearly expensive however glad to use Ford parts. First drive, car broke down on the freeway. Stated out of Gas. No way full tank. Tow back to Randy Wise Ford, $300. Issue? Fuel Pump. Stated by Randy wise not the only one. Supplier providing defective fuel pump parts. Refused to reimburse me for the tow, admitting issue their new part. 2. Just had two lights replaced, front running light bulb and one fog lamp at Bell Tire. $87. For kicks called Randy Wise to get a quote. Parts person both bulbs $42. Referred to the service Gal gave me the Tax and install price. Exactly $187. Stating to me the number needed to be removed to install the fog lamp. Not true, I watched Bell Tire replace the fog lamp. I mean if you don't know default to 350% over part price and wrong regarding required work? Par for the course, but sad. For screwing me in the Tow for the known bad fuel pump let alone standing me on the freeway. Would have been nice to simply pay for the $42 to install the two bulbs. 10 minutes max work. Very disappointing.

Would not buy anything but Ford at this dealership brought a Chevy traverse and been having problems and dealer just not helping out I learned my lesson

Great sales guys!
I appreciate the hard work done by John Durand Sr & John Durand Jr - and, of course, the finance guys who worked as a team with both Johns to get our purchase of our 2023 Ford F150. I would suggest anyone who is self employed to go talk to these guys - they're great to work with.

Don't get xxxxed, try somewhere else
I took my car in over 2 months ago, and it took forever to get parts, and now it was supposed to be done Friday, not complete, but done enough to drive, I call not done, Monday. Go there to get car and take somewhere else, THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO THE CAR!!!! AND NOW I NEED A NEW ALTERBATOR! they don't call back and I'm pretty sure one of the kids who sells cars calls me a xxxxx when I told him I wouldn't just buy a new car, I mean after he took his attention off his cellphone. do not go here!!

I contacted John Durand for my sister as she was looking to purchase a new car. Even though she needed a Chevy, Mr Durand found one for her at their Flint location. He even had the car delivered to the Ford facility within one day. John Durand Sr and his son Johnny could not have been more helpful. Such a kind, honest, and helpful dealership. I suggested Randy Wise Ford as they helped my with my lease last year. I will for sure return when my lease is up. Top Notch!
