Still have not received my second key FOB. Was missing at the time of delivery. Was told I would be getting it in 3 day?s. Left personal effects in my trade in car and I have yet to get them. And still no license plates, car was bought a month ago. Keith

We have bought two Subaru's here and I will not go anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable and fair. The actual dealership is amazing, so many amenities while you are waiting. The staff is very friendly and competent. I highly recommend them and tell everyone in the market for a new car!

The moment you walk into facility you are greeted and and introduced to your sales member . This person treated as a family to find the specific car to meet our needs and wants. The financing was extremely easy. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was aware of all the features of my new Forester. The Dealership manager called me the very next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase and asked if there was anything he could do to improve the buying process. On top of all that great service, they did a in person review of everything in the car with a $25 gas card for coming in. Fantastic experience!

I have bought many vehicles in the past, but Kyle Cutright ultimately gave me the best experience. He truly treated me like family, he worked and fought for me to get the best deal possible. Some dealers have a tendency to make you feel pressured but not Kyle, he made me feel comfortable, he listened to my concerns, and he made sure that I was happy and pleased with my decision. Kyle was awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

The people at Gillman Subaru North are awesome. Jackie is very pro-customer. Todd is also. They have always been on time. They have always done a stellar job with my car. I am sad they are far away as I live in Kingwood. But the distance will not stop me from continuing to use them. I am very happy with their service.
