Just do your homework in advance/ be prepared
I would just say if you’re going to buy a car there, go in pre-approved for financing from your own credit union so you get the interest rate you want. Also make sure you are handed your paperwork when you leave to be able to review the charges. Salesman was very vague; rebates he mentioned didn’t apply to our purchase but he led us to believe they would. I also wouldn’t recommend getting any extended warranties. If you’re leasing, don’t take the insurance to cover items when you turn your car in as if you don’t lease again, insurance doesn’t apply. That wasn’t clear to us and was $800 down the drain. We purchased/leased 5 cars from them but our last experience buying out our leases was extremely painful. Will not return. Service Dept is good but I don’t want to give Hoffman any more $. Let’s just say I don’t believe they’re driven by trust.

I recently leased another car with this dealership and they made promises they didn’t keep about helping me with my recently deceased husband’s leased Nissan. It had only 3 months left on its lease and it was an additional payment that I didn’t need and it was so close to the end of its lease that they said they were interested “in helping me out “ and in buying out its lease and taking it from me, since I and my husband and been such loyal Nissan customers. They took advantage of my trusting spirit and once I leased my new car from them, they wanted nothing to do with helping as promised with my husband’s leased Nissan by buying its remaining lease out. It was a top of the line Rogue; that had only 22, 000 miles on it, like new interior and exterior since my husband was sick and dying over the course of the lease and hardly used the car, except really to go to and from dialysis and medical appointments. When I called to get the car taken care of as promised, I was told by the salesman, whom I had worked with on other leased Nissan’s that, they were no longer interested in the car, of course not I had already lease my new Nissan, from them. I wanted to speak with management but was told he was unavailable, at the time, not surprising ! I immediately followed up by calling the sales manager, but had to leaving a message. I said that I was a dissatisfied customer who wanted to talk with him. He did not return my call as I want to discuss what had transpired regarding the promises made and lack of honesty demonstrated with his dealership. After reading about the CEO of Nissan I realized that the dishonesty and despicable behavior permeates the company from the top to the bottom.

Lied about condition and warranty
I drove 1.5 hours (one way) to look at a car after being lied to about the condition the car. I saw on car fax that it had been in an accident. When I told them I was no longer interested because of a previous accident this is what they said to me in an email..."My manager said that he would be willing to warranty this vehicle for the 30 days/1,500 miles for you and we can assure you that the accident in reference has had no impact on the quality of this vehicle. While I do understand the concern completely, just keep in mind as well that we go through every single vehicle of ours with a fine tooth comb and perform any work that is needed. It was repaired after the accident as there is no damage that we could see to it at all, we just unfortunately do not have any details on the incident." So my son and I drove an hour and a half to look at the car which would have been for him. When we arrived the sales person took us out and showed us the car and said it runs nice even though it has this dent. It had a dent on the driver side door and visible scratches in the same area. When I told him I wasn't interested because I was assured the there was no damage to the care. He told me I should have seen the dent in pictures (I looked when I got home and it was not obvious there was a dent the way the pictures were taken). He also told me the price was so good because it was being "sold as is". I told him that's not what I was told in emails. He said, "well I can't control what the girls in the office say." I drove 3 hours round trip based on their lies. How can you believe anything they tell you about a car if they'll lie even about the obvious?

Great service! Quickl process!
Pretty much my first time walking into a dealership looking to get in a car quickly but not sure if I would look into leasing, used, etc. I went in later in the afternoon on a Thursday and met with Austin. He made the whole process very easy. He was clearly knowledgeable in the car I looked at, very professional and quite accommodating with my budget. After going over all the features and options, he got me in for a test drive within 20 minutes. I did some paperwork on my return and Austin let me know I'd hear from them once the credit check and paperwork was done. I spoke with Annie the next day and she too was extremely pleasant and friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Roughly 24 hours from when I first stepped in I had the good news. Austin even picked me up from my job down the street to finalize the paperwork and get into my new lease. I sat down with Ryan to go over the insurance details and he was very helpful with this whole process. What started out as a very stressful situation for me was met with a very courteous, affable group of people! The showroom was spotless, bright and inviting. The process from start to finish was easy, explained well and fast. I can't give my opinion on any other dealership to make a comparison but I can say that this is the type of service that every place should have! I am happy to have been helped by people who clearly care and will definitely be back in the future!
