Jeremiah was an extremely friendly and pleasurable sales

Jeremiah was an extremely friendly and pleasurable sales representative to work with. He had plenty to say and show about our vehicle. He was able to show my wife and me the full technology package within the vehicle as well and had a great amount of knowledge about the vehicles we were considering.

I've had my '16 Soul in twice for recalled issues.

I've had my '16 Soul in twice for recalled issues. The second time, they kept it for over 2 weeks. It was only after I called repeatedly that I got in touch with anyone. I dealt primarily with Jason. He never seemed interested in keeping me informed of what was going on. This was a warranty issue and it was 5 days before I got a loner car. I got a call this morning that the car was done and the rental would not be paid after today. Good thing I was able to make quick arrangements. A professional would have called yesterday to say the part was in and that the car would be ready today. But in order to do that, a person would have to treat the customer as a customer and not like an inconvenience. This whole issue has been disappointing. I should have looked elsewhere.

KIA Monroeville-- Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

KIA Monroeville was the best car buying experience we had ever had. Jeff and his team know the true meaning of customer service. Marshall, our sales rep, was no pressure, listened to our needs, offered appropriate suggestions and made sure that we were completely satisfied when we left. He also followed up a few days after purchase to make sure all questions were answered. KIA Monroeville is a 10 out of 10 on our rating chart!

Anthony (Sales) was absolutely wonderful.

Anthony (Sales) was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and knowledgeable. Made the mistake of going to Century Kia get desired color. Their salesperson was uninterested in showing or explaining any features. I made comment to husband that it didn't feel right that their salesperson would benefit from sale, when Anthony was so much more deserving. Then thought they could add $3000 to cost. When confronted stated all Dealers were doing this. Went back to Monroeville and met with Anthony. He explained that the vehicle we originally looked at had sold that morning and assisted us with finding another. He reviewed all features, rode with us again and synced my phone to the vehicle He, as well as the finance (Val and Christine) all stayed well past closing to ensure we left satisfied.

My engine blew up in my 2013 Kia Optima.

My engine blew up in my 2013 Kia Optima. John (service manager) and Jason were wonderful. They promptly helped me arrange a rental and promptly repaired my car. Anytime I had a question they responded immediately and addressed any concerns. The employees at Monroeville Kia made a stressful situation go as smooth as possible! I am beyond thankful for all they have done!

Rich, the sales manager was extremely helpful. I leased my car thru Century KIA and they were horrible.I have never had so many rude people ftom sales, sales manager, to service. . , I returned my car to Monroeville KIA. From the service department to return Monroeville was the best..,Thank you Rich

Purchased a vehicle and the process was smooth

My experience was awesome everyone was great the service was excellent. The people were friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions that I had.

Staff was knowledgeable and very professional.

Staff was knowledgeable and very professional. They went above and beyond to keep me abreast about the arrival of my pre-order vehicle. They also listen to any and questions that I had and made sure that I understood everything. Becca, Andrew, Richard and Ervin in the financial department were exceptionally helpful. Made me feel like a valued customer. Could not be more satisfied and would recommend Monroeville Kia to anyone interested in purchasing a car especially a Kia.
