Great service experience

Chris Carr was very personable. He gave a great experience at West Herr. With all the changes going on at the Getzville location, he was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly.

Service

I had my first oil change, NYS inspection and tires rotation at West Herr Getzville. Took approximately an hour. I waited in comfortable waiting room. Everyone greeted me with a smile and had no issues.

Excellent customer service

Chris was my advisor & he was excellent! He gave me time frame when my car would be done & he was extremely close. He asked the shuttle driver to come pick me up before the car was done only because the driver was about to end his day. I arrived at the same time he was finishing up the paperwork, perfect timing.

The technician did a excellent. They took my vehicle in right away. I had my back within a hour.He was very professional. I highly recommend West Herr services

Not happy

I went in specifically for a Works Package as I was leaving on a family trip later that day and I asked them to look at my rear tire as it seemed to lose air and my driver seat panel was in need of repair. I was told it would be about 2.5-3 hours wait. After almost 4.5 hours and lots of running back and forth between the adviser and me I was ready to go with my tire repaired…..and that’s it. No Works package at all. The adviser didn’t seem interested in resolving the situation thru the entire process. Was a customer but no longer. The wait was unbearable, especially having only the tire repaired over the time I was there.

Car inspection

Gary was great and even though I got there by 6:45am was told about 3 hr wait...was out in about 2. He was very efficient and explained all costs !!

Annual service was longer due to new construction.

This was my annual visit for vehicle inspection and oil change. I was shocked to see the vast new building for service! I didn't need my vehicle for use today, so waiting for over 5 hours till my car was done was a bit of a problem inasmuch as I had to take the shuttle service home and then have the vehicle delivered to my home when the work was done. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I realize they were working under duress due to the construction of the new facility. I have appreciated all the years I've come there for service and shall continue.

Very positive experience
