Write a reviewThere’s absolutely NOTHING friendly about this Ford
There’s absolutely NOTHING friendly about this Ford dealership. I have been lied to and gaslighted. I called mid June regarding two recall notices. Phyllis said they don’t have the update program yet to call back in about 30 days. Called mid July. Phyllis said they had the program to bring in the car. They kept the car for a week and a half. I got a call from Martin the “EV Manager” (who is in fact not the official EV manager he’s just really smart - his brother went to MIT as established by the Service Director). Not sure how the MOT comment relates to my problem but that’s the explanation the Service Director gave for Martin’s lie about being the EV manager. Martin said the vehicle was ready and recalls were done. He said “we borrowed the program from Tesla”. I picked up my vehicle July 23 not 100% satisfied with the information. On 09/03 I called inquiring about the recalls since they still populated on my Ford app. I received an official notice via mail from Ford that there was program available for the recalls at this time. Martin said the recalls will always remain active (even after completion) as this is a way to put responsibility on the manufacturer. I called a second Ford dealership and they said that’s not true. I asked why did they lie about the recalls being done in July. He doubled down and said they did get done. The vehicle was towed to Friendly Ford on 09/19 to replace 12v battery and the recalls checked AGAIN. On 09/22 Phyllis called me and said the vehicle would be ready (battery replaced and recalls completed) between 2-3 PM. I arrived around 230 PM. I asked Phyllis to speak to the manager because the recalls were “done” in July. I’m livid with the lies and deception by the staff. Cut the SD stating that Martin is not the EV Manager and his brother went to MIT. The SD questioned him as to why he would say that he said well I’m going to be. The Director said you’re not yet, you shouldn’t say that to customers. The SD asked him why did he say the recalls were done in July, Martin said he did not read into each line item, only that the ticket was completed. Apparently, the recalls said incomplete but he didn’t research and told me they were done. The SD continued to state he didn’t understand why I was upset. Cue the SD saying “I don’t think we lied purposefully. Maybe just misled you about what was done”. I told him those are synonyms of each other. The SD didn’t take accountability for the lies about actual work done. Then he said the vehicle was not ready and still needed 6 hours of system updates. I left in a rental they would drop off my car tomorrow morning. On 09/23 I was told the my vehicle was being dropped off. I called them back to tell them the vehicle was having more issues. I texted Phyllis the picture of the blank screen. Phyllis called me at 12:40 PM and said they would pick up my car again. I explained I leave work at 4 PM I have a toddler to pick up at 5 PM if not late pick up fees accrue. She said the vehicle will be there before 4. I called back at 4:06 the rental was not on site and I needed to leave. The rental arrived 4:10 PM. She called me to tell me the rental was finally there that he got lost. I told his this was incompetent. I told her I would not leave a 5 star review. I have a child to pick up and Friendly Ford is obviously not going to cover the late fee costs. Phyllis continuously asked me to leave a 5 star review but to voice my concerns in the comments. I cannot do that in good faith. At 5:18 Tessa, service manager, texted me saying the car screen was fine. I explained to her what was going. Tessa then began to gaslight me saying I have no right to be upset or call the staff incompetent with the service they’ve provided. She then said I had no right to say I was going to give them a 1 star. I explained to her WHY I cursed at the situation, not at Phyllis. She continued to gaslight and refused

Horrible communication, and scammers .
Horrible communication, and scammers . I slow with Colby Mitchell there and he spoke with me about a ford f-150 they have in stock , he told me a price with adding a supercharger , then when I send all my information he calls me and tells me that the price his sales manager and general manager gave him was wrong and that the owner of the dealership walked in and said he wanted $4,000 more then what was originally given to me , this is bad business and very scammy . Wouldn’t do business here.

Sold me a LEMON!!
They sold me an Expedition with a bad transmission. I hadn't even made my first payment yet and it was in the shop with an estimate of 8k to fix. Yeah, I didn't get the warranty and that is my fault but I think they should be required to sell vehicles in good condition.

DO NOT TRUST FRIENDLY FORD !!! LIARS / ROPE A DOPE
RUN don't WALK away from this dealership!!!!! Just got home from a terrible experience... heres what happened. Came in to buy a truck listed online at 19,900 ... tax title and license are extra we realize that.... but they tried to increase the price of the truck with extra addons such as a tint job that I showed them they didnt do, wheel locks for a few hundred that you can buy from Autozone/Oreilly, Nitrogen in tires ( huge scam and Youtube videos to warn about this) , and then preach about a 35 point safety inspection.... the spare tire was 100% bald and unsafe, the dash lights about tire issues were lit up ... they tried to pawn us off to 3 different closers that repeated the same pathetic pitch/script. Instead of "Friendly" the dealership should be re-named as "Full of Sh/t" . Also, they want to focus on oil changes that still cost you $20 ( not free) and if you are driving 45 min to get there ... who cares about using them for any oil change when Walmart has them for $60 etc. If you are paying cash and NOT financing.... be prepared for them to nickel and dime you for every little thing they can to make up for lost finance profits. The advertised price is FALSE/Misleading.... make sure you ask for the drive off price before you waste your time. If you are reading this and are on the fence on buying a vehicle through this dealership.... for the LOVE OF GOD... trust me and all the reviews below!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Crooked as xxxx!!!
Do NOT buy from this dealership. I wish google gave you the ability to give companies 0 stars. I ordered a 22 Raptor 37”. I ordered it 9 months ago. It came in in the color and interior and the packages that I ordered. I was told by the GM that it was not an order and just a spec vehicle. Nine months ago I was told it would arrive and at the time I was ok with spending the extra $5000. Now that it is basically a 1 year old truck and people are receiving their 2023 Raptor Rs. I was accused of trying to broker the truck, which I’m not. If anything the dealership is trying to screw someone else harder than they were me. The vehicle vin is 1FTFW1RG1NFC20833 it is a white 37”raptor with blue interior. MSRP was 87,490 Invoice is $81,813.40 plus dealer holdbacks. This dealer is crooked. What’s even more messed up is that I was a previous customer of theirs and they owe me money for a car I bought with a warranty and sold prior to it running out. Do Not Buy vehicle from Friendly Ford in Crosby, Texas.

Poor service of updates in service dept.
Took my truck f150 in to get serviced on Abs system. I received one call from service advisor Martin. He told me I needed a sensor to be replaced for the abs system. This was the only call received. I had to call in to get status or update on truck after that. So now I'm being told it's the abs module. So Martin tells me to at least get it ordered on the 26th so it would be on the 31st of January. On February 2nd I had to call again and was placed on to speak with service advisor Martin and I waited for 30 minutes and never picked up the phone to talk to me. I called again the same day and spoke to someone else and told her I needed an update on my truck and stated that the module has not come in. I don't appreciate that there is no communication and or updates from the service advisor taking care of your vehicle. Been without my truck for 3 weeks now. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership no communication. If they sell a vehicle you would get calls constant but servicing when they feel like it.
