Service Department is horrible.

Service Department is horrible. They don’t communicate with the customer. I brought my 2021 Jeep in to have a part replaced at 7:30am. Was advised by Malcolm it would take a couple hours but it will be fixed today. So I left the vehicle and was told they would keep me updated. I explained that’s my only means of transportation and I needed it back today. I even asked for a loaner vehicle and was advised they don’t have any available. He promised it would be done. Hours have passed and no phone call, text, or note sent by a pigeon. I called at 2pm and once again Malcolm said it will be complete by 6pm and he would call me to keep me updated. Now it’s 5:50pm and again no call. I called and was advised Malcolm left at 5pm and the only other advisor was on the phone but they would leave a note for her to call me. Again no call back. My advise to everyone is take your vehicle to another Jeep dealer. Don’t deal with Len Stoler Jeep service department. They don’t care!

Courteous, no pressure sales, consistent follow ups and communications. The finance team we upfront, efficient, and respectful to my time. I've purchased 2 vehicles with Len stoler and both times they worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted, even if it wasn't on thier lot.

After shopping around for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe

After shopping around for a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Summit Reserve and hearing astronomical numbers from several dealers Tara from Len Stoler was able to give me excellent value for my trade and provide me comfortable numbers for the lease of my desired vehicle. There was no back and forth, addition of astronomical fees. What the price was listed at online was the bottom line I received the vehicle for. Craig from the sales team was phenomenal as well. He took ample time to explain all the features of the new vehicle to me as well as associated paperwork. He is super knowledgeable and honest. Finally, the gentleman in financing (I’m sorry, I forgot his name) was very straight forward, transparent, and made the signing process quick and easy. I will definitely be returning to Len Stoler for future vehicles. Thank you all so much. I love my new Summit Reserve.

Andrew and finance team were professional and easy to work with and educated me on the leasing options. The whole experience was smooth and accommodating. They even went to Virginia to find the exact vehicle I wanted.
