My sales person Chase was very knowledgeable and helpful

My sales person Chase was very knowledgeable and helpful and I felt that he secured me the best possible deal I could’ve gotten. Also the finance lady Dianne was very very helpful and I’d like the way that she does a hardcopy of all the transactions so if I ever have to look at them, I don’t have to go on the computer to see them I give them both a AAA plus

My experience at Len Stoler was amazing, thanks to Chase. He worked very hard to make sure I got the 2022 Kia K5 EX that I wanted. He was very thorough and made sure that I felt comfortable through the entire process! He is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with! Thank you so much!

I purchased a 2024 Durango from Stoler Dodge on May 18th.

I purchased a 2024 Durango from Stoler Dodge on May 18th. Great experience before I paid for the truck. Worst experience after I drove it off the lot. Their sales staff is unresponsive and unaccountable. I will not be buying another vehicle from them. Three trips to them to have running boards installed. Two left side boards were sent to them by Mopar, then left side board was defective, 3rd time there they finally got them installed. Each time it was 100 miles round trip and I waited a total over 5 hours to have them installed. In fairness, the issue was not caused by their service department who were extremely apologetic. However, after the first trip to have them installed I asked the General Sales Manager if the boards could be shipped and installed at a Dodge dealership 10 minutes from my house. His response was no because they would have to pay them. No customer service skills. The cashier's check I used to pay for the truck was more than the cost of the truck. Stoler Dodge was supposed to mail me a check (almost $1000) within 2-3 weeks for the overage. After the 3rd week I emailed my salesman (Chase) twice, called the business manager (Diane) and emailed her twice, and emailed the General Sales Manager (Dwayne) over the course of a week. I received zero responses from any of them. I called Dodge's Corporate office and was routed through 5 different people before being told they couldn't help. They advised to go to Stoler Dodge in person which I did - another 100 miles round trip. I finally received the check 5 weeks after purchasing the vehicle.

Chase sold us our new truck and we were pleased with his

Chase sold us our new truck and we were pleased with his service every step of the way. From start to finish every one we had interactions with at the dealership was great. Chase is a respectable young man just starting out in his career and I would highly recommend you go visit him if you are looking for a new vehicle. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and all your questions and concerns are addressed. My wife and I really enjoyed working with him.
